It is natural for most of us to be working in 9 to 5 white collar jobs or which involves lesser physical movements. In this case, do not let this laziness get on your health. You have to understand that our body requires sufficient physical exercises each day to eventually stay active and fit. Look for the ways to improve your metabolic rates. You can do various workouts in the early morning or try all simple means such as using stairs rather than lifts, walking around at least once an hour, skip driving to the nearest places and instead have a short walk, etc.
